Radial radiated noise of motor is mainly caused by radial electromagnetic force. In this paper, force wave analysis, electromagnetic scheme optimization and experimental verification were carried out to solve the problem of low speed noise of a lunar vehicle motor. The cause of low speed noise is analyzed by analyzing the force wave of driving motor at low speed. The stator core 3D modal vibration and noise response of the motor was compared and analyzed with the magnetic-solid coupling dynamic response analysis method. Finally, through NVH test verification, comparative analysis on the vehicle.
