Jinmotor is a professional manufacturer and marketer of small dc motors, brushless motors, ac motors , stepping motors , coreless motors , vibration motors and gear motors for use in automotive, home appliance, medical, toy and industrial applications located in Shenzhen China ever since 1998.It is owned by iisow electronic and industry co.,ltd.

Now we have more than 800 employees ( ISO 9001:2008 certificated) with annual capacity 50 million pieces.


Iisow electronic and industry co.,ltd is a large comprehensive group company which products widely involved in automation, integrated circuits and econsumer electronics.

The subsidiary of the group:

1.headquarters office was in Longhua District,Shenzhen City,more than 200 employees work here, including management organization and market department.

2.Three factorys located in Shenzhen that one produce DC brushed/brushless motor,one produce stepping motor,and the third factory was a comprehensive factory which produce many types of Precision components.

DC Motors

dc motorWe provide permanent magnet dc motors with diameter between 6~52mm.All dc motors are brushed ones. And there are two type brushes (metal brushes and carbon brushes), two kind rotors (iron core and coreless) and 3 kind magnets (rubber magnet, ferrite magnet and rear earth magnet) based on different performance. The shaft length, performance like voltage, speed, torque etc. can be custom made after evaluation.




Vibration Motors

vibration motorFor all of our dc motors, we can attach an off-centered weight to the motor's rotational shaft that causes the motor to wobble. There are 4 kind materials (SECC, copper, Iron and tungsten alloy) and two kind shapes (cylinder and sector) of the counterweight based on different vibration strength and budget.They can be widely used for cell phones, pagers, gaming controllers, and personal massagers.




Gear Motors

gear  motorFor all of our dc motors, we can also attach a reduction gear train and integrate both of them into an easily mountable and configurable system. There are 3 kinds by shape (spur gear, planetary gear and worm gear) and 3 types by machining way (metal gears made by hobbing machine, plastic gears by injection mold and sintered metal gears) based on different performance and design. We can provide brand new solution if the quantity is big enough.




Hybrid Stepping Motors

Stepper motors are motion systems allowing to have a high positioning precision.
With their high power already at low speed, their stall torque and the possibility to divide the steps in microsteps, stepper motors can provide direct and precise motions in a small volume.
Permanent magnet and hybrid technologies are used to provide a full range of solutions.
The absence of mechanical commutation gives to these motors a long life time which is usually given by the sleeves according to the load applied on the shaft.



Brushless DC Motors

brushless dc motorA brushless DC motor (BLDC) is a synchronous electric motor which is powered by direct-current electricity (DC) and which has an electronically controlled commutation system, instead of a mechanical commutation system based on brushes. In such motors, current and torque, voltage and rpm are linearly related.





PM Stepping Motors

PM SteppingOften referred to as a “tin can” or“ can stack” motor the permanent magnet step motor is a low cost and low resolution type motor with typical step angles of 7.5 to 15° (48 – 24steps/revolution) PM motors as the name implies have permanent magnets added to the motor structure.The rotor no longer has teeth as with the VR motor. Instead the rotor is magnetized with alternating north and south poles situated in a straight line parallel to the rotor shaft. These magnetized rotor poles provide an increased magnetic flux intensity and because of this the PM motor exhibits improved torque characteristics when compared with the VR type.
